How long does shipping take?

We typically ship your orders out within 1-2 business day. Deliveries take 2-5 business days.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

 

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

No, all duties and taxes will be covered by us:)

 

What happens if I refuse delivery?

For orders where the delivery is refused, due to negligence on part of the receiver, will not be refunded. However we can arrange for the purchase to be delivered again at your expense.

 

What is your return policy?

All purchases from Enthology can be returned within 21 days of receiving the order. If you are in Singapore, we offer free returns. For international customers, you will be responsible for paying the return costs.

All products returned must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Returned products are subject to the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. Once we have received the products and verified that they are in good order, we will process your return and full refund. To arrange a return, please kindly contact support@enthology.co.

 

Can I exchange my purchase?

We do not provide exchange of a product. However you can go through the return process subject to our return policy and place a new order.
