What materials do you use for your jewellery?
All Enthology jewellery is made from surgical-grade stainless steel with a durable PVD coating. It’s designed for everyday wear — waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic.

 

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower/gym/swimming?
Yes — Enthology jewellery is made to move with you. It’s sweatproof, waterproof, and won’t tarnish with regular exposure to water. We still recommend rinsing with fresh water after prolonged contact with saltwater or chlorine.

 

Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

 

Will my jewellery tarnish or fade over time?
Our PVD coating ensures long-lasting colour and shine. Unlike traditional plating, it won’t wear off easily. That said, like all jewellery, it benefits from occasional cleaning and storage in a dry place.

 

How should I clean my jewellery?
Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Gently pat dry — no polishing chemicals needed. Avoid storing pieces in humid environments when not in use.

 

What is the warranty for Enthology jewellery?
All Enthology jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of shipment. This includes manufacturing defects and colour-related issues affecting the plating. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, or discolouration caused by regular use or improper care.

You will typically be asked to provide photos or videos of the affected item. If our team is able to verify the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer equivalent store credit if the item is no longer in stock.

How long is the warranty period for my Enthology watch?
All Enthology watch cases come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of shipment. This covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. Straps are not covered under warranty. Damage due to water exposure, impact, or general wear and tear is not covered. If you believe your watch qualifies for a warranty claim, please email us at hello@enthology.co.

 

Are Enthology watches water resistant?
Yes — all our watches are rated 5ATM (50m) water resistant. This means they’re protected against handwashing, rain, and splashes. However, they are not suitable for full submersion, swimming, or showering. Always ensure the crown is pushed in to prevent water entry.

 

Can I change the strap of my Enthology watch?
Yes. All Enthology straps come with quick-release spring bars for easy swapping.

 

What size are your watches?
Our watches feature a 36mm case, thoughtfully sized for most women’s wrists — bold but refined. We recommend measuring your wrist if you prefer a specific fit or look.


How do I care for my leather strap?
Avoid contact with water, heat, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals to preserve your leather strap’s condition. Gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth when needed.


How do I set my watch?
To set the time, moonphase, day, or date complications, refer to the printed manual included in your box or follow our online guide.


How do I replace the battery?
Our quartz movements use standard batteries that last up to 24 months. You can get them replaced easily at any watch or jewellery store for a small fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to most countries. You can view our shipping rates and delivery times during checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?
For orders within Singapore, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. For international orders, shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination. Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — if something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@enthology.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process from there.
