FAQ

How long is the warranty period of my Enthology watch?

All of our watch cases come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of shipment. We do not provide any warranty for the straps. This warranty covers product manufacturing defects present on the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover the repair of any damages caused to the watch from mistreatment, such as submerging the watch in water or dropping it, or any expected wear and tear resulting from daily usage. If you believe the damage or defect on your Enthology watch is covered by the warranty, please kindly contact support@enthology.co for any warranty claims.

Is my Enthology watch water resistant?

All our watches are water resistant up to 5ATM (50 meters). This means that your watch is humidity-protected and can endure water splashes from the washing of hands or even from the rain. You are strongly advised not to wear your watch under water or to fully submerge your watch under water. To prevent water from entering the case, always ensure that the crown is pushed back to the normal position.

How do I know my size?

All our watches come in a 36mm case, which in our opinion is great for ladies. However, depending on your taste, we highly recommend that you measure your wrist to ensure that your Enthology fits your ideal look.

Can I change the strap of my Enthology watch?

All Enthology straps come with quick release spring bars which allow for interchangeability. To purchase more straps for your Enthology watch, click here.

How do I care for my Enthology leather strap?

Elements, external conditions and ageing affect a leather strap more than any part of a watch. To maintain your leather strap in good condition, avoid extreme temperatures, overly harsh usage, contact with water, greasy substances, acids, cosmetics or other strong chemicals. Prolonged exposure to UV rays in sunlight may also alter the colour of the leather. The best way to care and clean the leather would be to gently wipe it with a soft damp from time to time.

How do I set my Enthology watch?

To set the time or various complications of your watch, please refer to this guide or the manual included in your packaging.

How do I change the battery of my Enthology watch?

Your watch comes with a standard watch battery which can last up to 24 months. It can be easily replaced when required. We advise that you have it replaced at any jewelry or watch shop. This service is generally free of charge or incurs a small fee.
